| Abstract |
A poor formed future teachers' readiness to professional and pedagogical self-actualization has been revealed in the pedagogical experiment. The acme technology ensuring their self-development has been worked out. The influences of encouraging success achievement, self-opening by training means, forming individual style of students' professional training quality have been observed. The technology of ensuring of readiness of the future teacher to professional - pedagogical self-realization assisted range extension of an orientation of motivational valuable sphere.
