| Abstract |
The foreign experience of social pedagogue's work with the children having special needs in special educational institutions is analyzed in the article. The modern state, general tendencies and problems of social and pedagogical work with the children of indicated category are determined. The functions, tasks, forms and methods of the social and pedagogical influence for the children having limited abilities are determined. The importance of studying and introducing of the foreign experience for developing of the social and pedagogical system in our country is emphasized.
