Abstract Leading positions of psychological pedagogical conception of R. Shtayner are investigational in relation to development of intellect of student junior school: orientation of educational process on integral nature of a man and account of features of junior schoolboys, that supposes warning of excessive intellectual of teaching, providing of the artistic vivid teaching and various to aesthetically-practical to activity of student, realization of purposeful work with child's rhythmics.
