Abstract This paper studies the conceptual foundations of the formation of school health education by means of physical culture in the UK, which provides, first and foremost, the three basis: education through movement, education in the movement, the education about of the movement. Actually such an approach, according to British experts will ensure the development of students in-depth knowledge and understanding of healthy lifestyles and health, in terms of environmental degradation, as well as their moral, intellectual, social and cultural development. Teach children to enjoy movement and bring the desire for physical activity, which had remained in their adult life - this is the main task of physical culture education of young people in England.
