BIORHYTHMIC ADAPTATION OF ORGANISM IN THE CONDITIONS OF EXERCISES

| Abstract |
The problem of adaptation of organism is studied to the sharp changing types of activity with exercises on physical training (from the state of hypodynamia to the intensive physical loadings). Due attention is spared the terms of synchronization of phase physiological rhythms and combination them with the rhythm of forthcoming actions. The necessity of taking into account of biorhythmic activity of organism is rotined studying during the leadthrough of employments on exercises. It answers the task of maintainance and strengthening of health of students. The method of exercises is adjusted toward individual expression of internal wave vibrations and rhythm of motions.
