THE ANALYSIS OF MODERN APPROACHES TO PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTING OF MILITARY PERSONNEL

Abstract The aim of research is to determine modern approaches to the physical fitness testing of service personnel. In the army with modern military experience, marked by a tendency to view the content of tests to determine the level of physical fitness of military personnel. Observed differentiation of unified systems tests to determine the general physical and military training military application. Summary of tests determined the nature of loads and motions of the structure inherent in the military during combat operations.
