THE POSSIBILITY OF USING THE POWER-ERGOMETRY METHOD WHILE DETERMINING THE YOUNG SPORTSMEN'S PHYSICAL WORKING CAPACITY

Abstract The comparative analysis of the physical working capacity of the young sportswomen of different specialization using the power - ergometry method is conducted. 75 girls aged 13-15 took part in examination. Not everyone under study proved to be able accomplish the dosed loading of the powerful character. It's found out that the PWC170 magnitude of the young sportsmen is 50 percent higher than that of their female peers. Found that on the physical performance affects the nature of the training process and the specifics of the sport. There is grounded the possibility of using the power - ergometry method to determine the sportswomen's physical working capacity concerning the kinds of sport developing the speedy - powerful qualities.
