FEATURES OF THE PHYSICAL REHABILITATION OF ATHLETES AFTER ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS

Abstract The results of the influence of reducing bicycle ergometric exercise on functional status and physical fitness swimmers. The experiment involved 34 athletes. Was used bicycle ergometric test Navakki. Recommended for classes on bicycle into account the level of individual exercise tolerance. On the adequacy of physical activity should be judged by the heart rate and external signs of fatigue, which should not testify about the imminent exhaustion. It was noted that training should be organized as an extra to the training process. It is established that the methodology of the training process of athletes based on their individual level of exercise tolerance significantly improves metabolic adaptation.
