Психофізіологічні відмінності між досвідченими і початківцями стрілками в період прицілювання

Мета: Визначення психічного стану стрільців під час стрілянини важливо для розробки програм розумової тренування відповідно до їх рівнем майстерності. Метою даного дослідження було вивчення психофізіологічних відмінностей досвідчених і початківців стрільців. Матеріал: чотирнадцять експертів (вік: 28,08 ± 9,12 року, зростання: 176,12 ± 4,24 см, вага: 73,56 ± 5,28 кг) та двадцять початківців стрільців (вік: 21,08 ± 3 , 12 роки, зріст: 177,42 ± 3,74 см і вага: 71,56 ± 3,57 кг) брав участь в поточному дослідженні. Учасники провели п'ять зйомок з дистанції 10 метрів. Були отримані середні значення за п'ятьма показниками стрільби кожного стрільця, значення уваги і медитації, а також частота серцевих скорочень за 5 секунд до початку зйомки і моменту зйомки. Результати. Було встановлено, що показники стрільби (10,02 ± 0,49 проти 7,6 ± 2,86, р <0,01 відповідно) і рівень медитації (71,50 ± 21,05 проти 52,93 ± 20,54, р <0,05 відповідно) були значно вище у експертів, в той час як Рівень уваги (73,63 ± 21,11 проти 59,76 ± 21,26, р <0,05 відповідно) і частота серцевих скорочень (105, 34 ± 12,12 проти 98,67 ± 7,12 ударів в хвилину, р <0,05 відповідно) були виявлені у новачків вище. Висновки: новачки і експерти представляють різні психофізіологічні реакції протягом цільового періоду. Передбачається, що психофізіологічні відмінності можуть бути корисні для класифікації стрільців і забезпечення зворотного зв'язку при навчанні, оскільки важливо розробляти програми відповідно до рівнів групи, особливо при розробці програм психічного навчання. Крім того, встановлено, що мобільне ЕЕГ-пристрій є ефективним методом визначення психічного статусу спортсменів при заняттях спортом.Посилання
