ІНДИВІДУАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ТА ЇЇ ЗНАЧУЩІСТЬ НА РІЗНИХ ЕТАПАХ БАГАТОРІЧНОГО ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ В ТЕНІСІ

Мета : визначити значущість індивідуалізованого підходу під час психологічної підготовки на різних етапах багаторічного вдосконалення в тенісі. Завданнями досліджень було дослідження ролі і місця психологічної складової в загальній системі спортивної підготовки тенісистів. Встановлення особливостей використання індивідуалізованого підходу під час психологічної підготовки тенісистів 14-15 років та гравців високого класу. Матеріал : в дослідженнях прийняли участь 24 експерти, тренери збірних команд та клубів, гравці високого класу. Результати : Визначена роль психологічної підготовки в загальній системі багаторічного вдосконалення. Встановлено, що питанням індивідуалізації психологічної підготовки у сучасному тенісі приділяється не достатньо уваги. Більшість опитаних респондентів вказала, що така підготовка переважно проводиться зі спортсменами високого класу (42%). Лише 14% вказали, що індивідуальна психологічна підготовка проводиться на базових етапах багаторічного вдосконалення. Висновки : Принцип індивідуалізації є визначальним під час підготовки спортсменів на етапах багаторічного підготовки. Понад 86% експертів підкреслили значущість використання індивідуалізованого підходу під час роботи з тенісистами. Врахування індивідуальних особливостей тенісистів під час здійснення психологічної підготовки є обов’язковим напрямом підвищення ефективності навчально-тренувальної та змагальної діяльності спортсменів.Посилання
