ВПЛИВ ЗАНЯТЬ ПІШОХІДНИМ ТУРИЗМОМ НА РІВЕНЬ ЗДОРОВ’Я ПІДЛІТКІВ 13 РОКІВ

Мета : визначити вплив занять пішохідним туризмом на рівень фізичного здоров’я підлітків. Матеріал : у дослідженні брали участь підлітки, що займаються туризмом протягом року в гуртках (20 юнаків та 16 дівчат) та не займаються туризмом (18 юнаків та 20 дівчат). Вік учасників 13 років. Визначено індекси: Кетле-2, Робінсона, Скібінського, Шаповалової, Руф’є. Результати : встановлено позитивний вплив занять туризмом на загальний рівень фізичного здоров’я підлітків. Рекомендовано проведення туристських заходів під час вихідного дня, канікул та під час занять у школі. Визначено, що загальний рівень фізичного здоров’я підлітків групи 2 (не займаються туризмом) відповідає рівню нижче середнього (10-13 балів). У підлітків групи 1 (займаються туризмом ) загальний рівень фізичного здоров’я наближається до показників середнього рівня (14-18 балів). Висновки : рекомендується проводити оцінку рівня фізичного здоров’я школярів у балах. Також необхідно враховувати і оцінки кожного окремого індексу, що дозволить визначати слабкі місця функціонування організму підлітків.Посилання
