Знежирений і з урахуванням жиру індекс маси тіла жителів міста Бяла Подляска

Вступ : стійке і значне збільшення числа випадків надмірної ваги і ожиріння спостерігається у мешканців більшості розвинених країн. Це впливає на всі вікові групи, незалежно від статі і раси. Однією з причин цього негативного явища, який вже досяг масштабів епідемії, є негативні зміни в способі життя. Ми витрачаємо все більше і більше часу перед телевізором або екраном комп'ютера за рахунок інших видів діяльності, що вимагають витрат енергії. Мета : Метою даного дослідження було проаналізувати зміни в компонентах тіла дорослих жителів Бяла Подляска і визначити еталонні значення для індексів маси тіла з урахуванням (FMI) і без урахування жиру (FFMI). Матеріал і методи : Розглянуто дані 668 жінок і 674 чоловіків (20 років і старше) жителів Бяла Подляска. Значення соматичних ознак оцінювали на підставі антропометричних вимірювань. Композицію тканини оцінювали за допомогою методу біоелектричного імпедансу. Результати : еталонні значення (FMI 25-75 перцентілі) у жінок коливається від 7,15 кг/м2 до 12,93 кг/м2, в той час як у чоловіків з 4.94 кг/м2 до 9,43 кг/м2. У жінок еталонні значення FFMI коливалася від 15,29 кг/м2 до 17.28 кг/м2 і були схожі у всіх вікових групах календар. Еталонні значення для всіх чоловіків коливався між 18.76 кг/м2 і 22,01 кг/м2 і були найнижчими у старшій віковій категорії. Висновки : Дані, представлені в дослідженні, можуть бути корисні для лікарів і дієтологів як контрольні значення.Посилання
