ФОРМУВАННЯ КУЛЬТУРИ РУХОВОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ УЧНІВ 5-6 КЛАСІВ ЗАСОБАМИ ОСНОВНОЇ ГІМНАСТИКИ

Мета: обґрунтувати методичні умови використання засобів основної гімнастики у процесі фізичного виховання учнів загальносвітніх шкіл. Експериментально перевірити методику формування культури рухової діяльності засобами основної гімнастики у системі фізичного виховання учнів 5-9 класів. Матеріал: для експерименту були відібрані 109 учнів. Результати: методика містить три періоди: базовий, спеціальний та поглиблений. Розроблену методику необхідно застосовувати в підготовчій частині уроку (15-20 хвилин) - інваріантна складова шкільної програми. Встановлено, що засоби основної гімнастики є основою формування культури рухової діяльності. Їх свідоме та правильне виконання є мотиваційною передумовою до прагнення займатися фізичними вправами. Висновки : Пропонується оцінювати фізичний стан учнів за критеріями: відповідність навантаження в підготовчій частині уроку підготовленості та віку учнів; відсутність втоми під час виконання вправ основної гімнастики; вплив навантаження на техніку виконання вправ.Посилання
