ПРОФЕСІЙНО-ПРИКЛАДНА ФІЗИЧНА ПІДГОТОВКА МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ АГРОПРОМИСЛОВОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА

Мета: розробити та експериментально обґрунтувати зміст, методи і форми фізичного виховання майбутніх фахівців агропромислового виробництва на основі поглибленого курсу професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки засобами гирьового спорту. Матеріал: в дослідженні брали участь 141 студент. Тривалість дослідження становить 5 років. Результати: встановлено, що значному приросту показників гнучкості, силових та координаційних здібностей студентів сприяло використання вправ із застосуванням обтяжень різної ваги. Підтверджена правомірність застосування таких засобів фізичного виховання для розвитку сили м’язів верхнього плечового поясу, спини, ніг і черевного пресу. Ці м’язи найбільш навантажуються при виконанні професійної діяльності інженерів-механіків. Висновки: програма відповідає основним критеріям формування навчальних програм із фізичного виховання та сприяє розвитку професійно-прикладних фізичних якостей, рухових навичок та підвищенню рівня фізичної працездатності майбутніх фахівців.Посилання
