ДИНАМІКА ФІЗИЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВЛЕНОСТІ УЧНІВ МОЛОДШОГО ШКІЛЬНОГО ВІКУ

Мета : оцінювання рівня фізичної підготовленості учнів віком 6 - 9 років (1-3 класи). Матеріал : у дослідженнях брали участь школярі віком 6 - 9 років ( n = 94; хлопців - 46, дівчат - 48). Проводилось тестування фізичної підготовленості учнів згідно навчальних нормативів шкільної програми. Результати : Відповідно до нормативів шкільної програми більшість учнів (60,9%) показують високий рівень навчальних досягнень. Виняток становлять хлопці у тесті на гнучкість. На достатній рівень виконали тести 12,6% учнів. На середній рівень виконали тести 9,7% учнів. На початковий рівень виконали тести 16,7% учнів. Спостерігається нерівномірний розподіл. У цілому, за більшістю показників фізичної підготовленості спостерігається поступальне зростання результатів від року до року. Значне покращення результатів у другому та третьому класах можна пояснити більш усвідомленим, чіткім виконанням техніки тесту. Висновки : виявлено високий рівень фізичної підготовленості учнів за навчальними нормативами шкільної програми. Викликає сумнів об’єктивність представлених у програмі нормативів. Можливо нормативи занижені та потребують перегляду.Посилання
