ИНАМІКА ТЕХНІКИ ВЕСЛУВАННЯ НА БАЙДАРЦІ В ПРОЦЕСІ ЗМАГАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Мета : дослідження динаміки техніки веслування на байдарці в процесі змагальної діяльності. Також вплив спеціальних фізичних якостей на техніку рухів атлетів. Матеріал : У дослідженнях взяли участь 17 висококваліфікованих атлетів. Результати : Встановлено, що зі швидкістю човна достовірно і стабільно корелюють: величини максимальних і середніх зусиль, яких докладають атлетом до весла; тривалість утримання зусиль; момент початку розвороту тулуба по відношенню до захоплення води; швидкість розвороту тулуба в момент захоплення води і під час виконання гребка. Дослідження показали, що потужність гребка грає вирішальну роль для підтримки швидкості на початку і середині дистанції. До кінця дистанції істотно зростає значимість: показників, що характеризують ефективність рухових дій атлетів; прокат човна в період гребка; тривалість утримання зусиль. Висновки : Динаміка техніки веслування зумовлюється перебудовами системи рухів на різних рівнях її організації та управління. Постійне і істотне варіювання вкладу другорядних елементів системи рухів обумовлює стабільність і ефективність: біомеханічних характеристик рухів; показників працездатності.Посилання
