Нормативні значення для фізичної підготовки дітей у віці 11-17 років в Косово

Передумови та мета дослідження. У цьому дослідженні метою було визначити нормативні значення для фізичних і біомоторних характеристик дітей у віці 11-17 років в Косово. Матеріал і методи: У дослідження були включені 742 учнів, відібраних за методом випадкового відбору проб з 24 шкіл, визначених у містах і сільських районах у всіх регіонах (n = 347 дівчинки, n = 395 - хлопчики). Учні-добровольці, у яких не було гострих або хронічних захворювань, які могли б уникнути тестування, були включені в дослідження після отримання дозволу від Міністерства національної освіти, директорів шкіл та підтримки батьків. Гельсінкська Декларація була врахована в дослідженні. Результати. Результати кожного тесту були вказані як значення норми відповідно до статі й віку разом з 20% груп, які вважаються канадським стандартом. Дані про фізичні і біомоторні характеристики дітей, які проживають в Косово, порівнювалися з даними Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров'я та літературними даними інших країн. Висновки. Хоча діти, які живуть в Косово, показали більш високі результати в тестах, на які впливали антропометричні властивості, такі як зростання і відсоток жирових відкладень, а також генетичні властивості, такі як швидкість руху в порівнянні з дітьми з інших країн від того ж вікова група; вони мали більш низькі показники в тестах, які залежать від життєвого стилю і рівня фізичної активності, такими як витривалість, стрибок в довжину і гнучкість.Посилання
