Фізичний і статевий розвиток дівчаток 10-ти років у художній гімнастиці і акробатиці

Мета : вивчити вплив регулярних занять художньою гімнастикою і спортивною акробатикою на фізичний розвиток і статеве дозрівання дівчаток. Матеріал і методи : У дослідженні брали участь дівчатка 10-ти років (n = 102). З них частина займалася художньою гімнастикою (n = 36), частина акробатикою (n = 15). Статеве дозрівання оцінювали за вторинними статевими ознаками. Фізичний розвиток оцінювали за 31 абсолютного і 28 відносним антропометричними показниками. Результати : Фізичний розвиток гімнасток і акробаток не відповідає віковій нормі. Гімнастки і акробатки відстають від ровесниць по 32 з 59 показників. Це свідчить про наявність у них більш астенічного типу статури. У гімнасток знижено більше показників фізичного розвитку, ніж у акробаток. Це пояснюється більш раннім початком занять (на 1,21 року) і більш суворим відбором. Розвиток вторинних статевих ознак у гімнасток і акробаток укладається в вікову норму. Висновки : Заняття художньою гімнастикою і акробатикою викликають затримку фізичного розвитку і статевого дозрівання у дівчаток. Це є не сприятливим для репродуктивного здоров'я.Посилання
