ФОРМУВАННЯ ЗОРОВОЇ ПРАЦЕЗДАТНОСТІ СТУДЕНТОК 17-18-ТИ РОКІВ ЗАСОБАМИ ЗОРОВОГО ТРЕНІНГУ НА ЕТАПІ АДАПТАЦІЇ ДО НАВЧАЛЬНИХ НАВАНТАЖЕНЬ

Мета: виявлення та обґрунтування оздоровчо-тренувального впливу елементів баскетболу та волейболу на функціональний стан зорового аналізатора студентів-першокурсників у період адаптації до навчальних навантажень з вираженим зоровим компонентом. Матеріал: в експерименті брали участь 29 студентів 17-18-ти років без зорової патології. Показники зорової працездатності визначались за коректурною таблицею Тагаєвої та оброблялись за методикою Weston. Акомодативна функція вивчалась методом механічної проксиметрії. Результати: розроблено та апробовано в експерименті дві програми зорових тренінгів. Вивчено вплив зорових тренінгів на основні компоненти зорової працездатності (швидкість, якість, інтегральний показник) та акомодативну функцію ока (за динамікою положення найближчої точки ясного бачення). Висновки: застосування зорових тренінгів на заняттях з фізичного виховання дозволяє поліпшити показники працездатності зорового аналізатора, а також мінімізувати негативний вплив інтенсивних навчальних навантажень на акомодативну функцію ока студентів.Посилання
