Аналіз адаптаційних можливостей серцево-судинної системи атлетів кік-боксингу

Аналіз і оцінка адаптаційного потенціалу атлетів є істотним компонентом ефективного відбору та прогнозу їх спортивної успішності. Мета: вивчення та аналіз адаптаційних можливостей серцево-судинної системи атлетів кік-боксингу у процесі стандартної фізичного навантаження і в період відновлення. Матеріал: в дослідженні брали участь атлети кік-боксингу (n = 17, студенти). Атлети були розділені на 2 групи в залежності від реакції на фізичне навантаження: 1 група - атлети з нормотонічним типом реакції (n = 9, вік 17,56 ± 0,80 років); 2 група - атлети, тип реакції яких відрізнявся від нормотонічний (n = 8, вік 18,25 ± 0,88 років). Показники типу судинної реакції і толерантності до фізичного навантаження визначали за допомогою тесту PWC170. Результати: підтверджено схожість реакції на фізичне навантаження атлетів кік-боксингу. Після 1 ступеня навантаження частота серцевих скорочень було істотно нижче в 1 групі. Після 2 ступені навантаження артеріальний тиск систолічний було нижче в 1 групі. Після навантаження в 1 групі показники частоти серцевих скорочень і артеріального тиску відновлювалися швидше. Зниження частоти серцевих скорочень в період навантаження у атлетів 1 групи може служити підтвердженням у них більш високого рівня адаптаційних механізмів. Висновки: Проведення тренувальних занять у атлетів з періодичним контролем електрокардіограми під час фізичних навантажень дозволяє оцінити: функціональний стан серцево-судинної системи; рівень її адаптації і відповідності певним фізичним навантаженням. Такий підхід дозволяє не допустити розвитку патологічних станів серцево-судинної системи.Посилання
