Особливості розвитку рухових здібностей у дівчат 6-10 років

Мета : визначити структурну модель групової динаміки рухової підготовленості дівчат 6- 10 років. Матеріал : у дослідженні прийняли участь дівчатка 6 років (n=36), 7 років (n=48), 8 років (n=57), 9 років (n=38), 10 років (n=46). Результати : в результаті аналізу факторної моделі рухової підготовленості отримана інформація, яка необхідна для прийняття рішення в процесі управління фізичним вихованням і для розробки ефективних програм фізичної підготовки дівчат. Показано можливості отримувати метричні оцінки надійності вимірювань: стабільність, узгодженість та інформативність даних контролю для поточної діагностики та прогнозу фізичних можливостей дітей. У факторних моделях рухової підготовленості дівчат було виділено у відповідності до віку 6 найбільш вагомих факторів: комплексний розвиток координаційних здібностей; прудкості, швидкісної сили і гнучкості; гнучкості; сили і координації рухів; координації і прудкості; прудкості. Висновки : у дівчат спостерігається багатофакторна структура рухової підготовленості. Для кожного віку визначені інформативні тести контролю рухової підготовленості.Посилання
