Силові здібності: структура розвитку у дівчат 12-14 років

Мета дослідження. визначити структуру розвитку силових здібностей у дівчат 12-14 років. Матеріали і методи. У дослідженні прийняли участь дівчата у віці: 12 років (n=20); 13 років (n=27), 14 років (n=30). Здійснений факторний аналіз. Результати. Визначено, що найбільш інформативними у дівчат 12-14 років є тести: які характеризують розвиток динамічної і статичної сили м’язів ніг і рук (дівчата 12 років); які характеризують розвиток статичної, швидкісної сили м’язів ніг, статичної і динамічної сили м’язів черева і рук (дівчата 13 років); які характеризують розвиток статичної і динамічної сили м’язів ніг, динамічної сили м’язів рук (дівчат 14 років). Висновки. Факторний аналіз дозволив визначити інформативні показники для контролю розвитку силових здібностей у дівчат 12-14 років. У дівчат найбільшу вагу у силовій підготовленості має відносна і статична сила м’язів ніг. У дівчат 12-13 років на другому місці розвиток сили м’язів плечового поясу. У дівчат 14 років на другому місці розвиток динамічної і статичної сили м’язів черева і динамічної сили м’язів плечового поясу. У дівчат 12 років на третьому місці розвиток координації рухів, статичної сили плечевого поясу і динамічної сили м’язів спини. У дівчат 13 років на третьому місці розвиток розвиток сили м’язів черева. У дівчат 14 років на третьому місці розвиток швидкісної сили і координації рухів.Посилання
