Проблеми безпеки та ризику в галузі фізичного виховання

Мета роботи : збереження техніки безпеки дітей під час занять з фізичного виховання є однією з головних проблем методики фізичного виховання. Мета роботи - представлення базових засад у сфері техніки безпеки на заняттях з фізичного виховання. Матеріал і методи : проблеми безпеки в заняттях з фізичного виховання оброблені у вигляді підрозділів, згрупованих на певних питаннях, таких як: правові аспекти, причини загроз, теоретичні моделі запобігання нещасних випадків у фізичному вихованні, дотримання харчування при фізичних навантаженнях, профілактика теплових ударів і зневоднення організму. Результати : в думках експертів найчастіше висловлюється три типи причин загроз безпеки під час занять з фізичного виховання: причини, що виникають з вини вчителя; причини, що виникають з вини учня; причини технічного характеру. Кількість нещасних випадків на заняттях з фізичного виховання досить висока. Найбільш часто зустрічаються такі травми: переломи верхніх і нижніх кінцівок; вивихи; забої; розриви сухожиль і м'язів; подряпини і порізи; причому хлопчики травмуються частіше, ніж дівчата. Висновки : крім цього основи техніки безпеки на заняттях з фізичного виховання визначаються відповідними інструкціями, що не забезпечують повне здоров'я дітей. З метою мінімізації кількості нещасних випадків, крім дотримання прийнятих норм, вчитель також зобов'язаний проводити відповідне навчання в цьому напрямку.Посилання
