Моделювання закономірностей процесу навчання фізичних вправ хлопчиків 8 років

Мета: визначити особливості формування рухових навичок у хлопчиків 8 років. Матеріали і методи: У дослідженні прийняли участь хлопчики восьми років (n = 48). У дослідженні були використані плани факторного експеримент. Метою такого експерименту було оптимізувати режими навчання та визначити особливості формування рухових навичок у хлопчиків. Результати: Дискримінантний аналіз дозволив: визначити режими виконання фізичних вправ у процесі формування рухових навичок; дати відповідь на питання наскільки достовірно різняться режими роботи за результативністю формування рухових навичок. Встановлено: які з змінних найбільш суттєво впливають на розрізнення класів; до якого класу належить об’єкт на основі значень дискримінантних змінних. Виявлено вплив кількості підходів, кількості повторень у підході та інтервалу відпочинку на рівень навченості рухам. Висновки: Для вибору найбільш раціонального режиму виконання вправ у процесі формування рухових навичок може бути використана перша дискримінантна функція з акцентом на найбільш інформативні змінні.Посилання
