Article Metrics & Usage Statistics

Article-level metrics are designed to help authors assess this by providing a better understanding of the reach of an article or published research, and the attention it is receiving online. Journal now provides access to the number of online views of each article, the number of citations to each article, and the Altmetric score of each article:

Article Download/View Statistics. Download/View statistics are separately available for every article published. Kindly click on the respective article title and the Download/View statistics shall be displayed in a graphical representation beneath the abstract.

AddThis: Comments via social media sites. Social media -This category includes the tweets, Facebook likes, etc. that reference the research. Social Media can help measure “buzz” and attention. Social media can also be a good measure of how well a particular piece of research has been promoted. PlumX Metrics: PlumX Metrics provide insights into the ways people interact with individual pieces of research output (articles, conference proceedings, book chapters, and many more) in the online environment. Examples include, when research is mentioned in the news or is tweeted about. Collectively known as PlumX Metrics, these metrics are divided into five categories to help make sense of the huge amounts of data involved and to enable analysis by comparing like with like.
